AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Amarillo Crime Stoppers is asking for the public's help finding its Weekly Fugitive: Matthew Claude Coatney.
Coatney is wanted out of Randall County for Randall County warrant for Fail to Register as a Sex Offender in addition to a theft parole warrant.
He is 41 years old, 5'10" and 220 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.
