AMARILLO, TEXAS -- The Department of Public Safety announced to the public that it will be extending the office hours at the Amarillo Driver License Office.
This announcement is part of DPS' effort to improve customer service, according to a news release from DPS.
"The increased hours of operation will be more convenient for our driver license customers and will allow greater flexibility when planning their busy schedules," said DPS Director Steven McCraw.
Amarillo Driver License Office is now operating Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays at the 4200 Canyon Drive location.
