Clovis police responded to a home invasion robbery at 11:45 pm in the 700 block of Hondo Street in Clovis. Raymond Villa told officers that he was robbed at gunpoint by three Hispanic males wearing bandanas over their faces after they forced their way into his home.

Villa said one of the men pointed a assault style rifle to his head while the other two men robbed him of personal jewelry. The suspects told Villa not to look at them.

As the suspect left they told Villa not to move or call police or they would come back and kill him. Villa remained on the floor until he heard the men leave and a vehicle drive away.

Villa also found that the suspects had take a 60" flat screen television, leather jacket and a sword from his residence.

Clovis police began searching for the suspects. A half mile from the scene police began following a maroon Nissan Maxima. The vehicle ran a stop sign while policed followed the car to the 900 block of Cypress Street, where several subjects ran from the vehicle.

Two of the suspects were apprehended and stolen items were found in the vehicle that the subjects ran from. Marco Rivera, 22, and Leeroy Martinez, both of Clovis, were arrested and charged with armed robbery, aggravated burglary, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary.

Also found in the vehicle was a aluminum bat and a air-soft assault style rifle. Detectives are working to identify the other suspects that fled the vehicle.
