AMARILLO, TEXAS -- According to a news release from Amarillo Police Department, Amarillo Municipal Court reports that 4,416 warrants have been served during Warrant Round-Up.
The five week initiative which began Feb.18, 2013 was part of a statewide effort to inform the 34,725 Amarillo warrant holders of their warrants and clear the names from the Municipal courts warrant list.
At this time, 32,356 warrants are still on the books.
