AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Citizens are invited to attend the public Animal Control Board meeting to be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday evening.

Texas Panhandle Pet Savers will give a presentation proposing the feral cat Trap-Neuter-Release program. The Public Board of Health will be there to give its perspective of the program, as well. The board will then consider a recommendation.

Public forum will be held at the end of the meeting in which citizens can address issues they have with the TNR program or any other matters directly pertaining to policies, programs and services of Animal Control.

The meeting will take place at the City Commission Chambers located on the third floor of City Hall.
