The Amarillo Crime Stoppers weekly fugitive of the week is David Wayne Kerr. Kerr is a absconded sex offender who has failed to register as a sex offender.
Kerr was originally convicted of two aggravated sexual assaults of a 5-year-old female in January of last year, and received probation and is required to be registered in the state of Texas as a sex offender.
