Oklahoma panhandle report card grades not so good

The Oklahoma State Department of Education has released rankings for the state's school districts, giving schools letter grades based on performance.
The controversial ranking system makes an assessment based on the school's performance in State test scores, yearly test scores comparisons, attendance, drop-outs, and graduation rates. Each school gets a GPA along with the letter grade. An "A" is 3.75-4.0; an F is 0-.75
Principal Brian Staples at Douglass High school is accused of tampering with grades and altering attendance records. During the principal's tenure, Douglass High School has won at least five state championships.
Court affidavits show that, former teachers, and students are claiming the principle manipulated student records to improve the school's ranking.
If proven true, the school could have to defend titles they've already won.
Guymon school received a C. Boise City high school received a B, while the district received a C. Texas county Hooker district receive an overall B, for their ranking.
