At the stroke of midnight on Monday night the wait is over, and 2013 will arrive.

Resolutions aimed to start the year on the right track begin, and year after year, getting in shape consistently makes the Top 10 for resolutions.

"Definitely at the beginning of the year, we see an influx of membership, said Kelly Bauer Gold’s Gym Personal Trainer. "Population definitely rises in that time, but it usually dies down later on in the year. I think up to 65% of new membership does down before six months."

Gold’s gym wants to see you succeed. They offer personal trainers, a variety in work out classes, a great environment and different membership plans.

Bauer says like any other resolution, that your biggest motivator is you.

"You have to be in the right mental aspect when you come into do an activity like this, trainers are there to motivate you, to push you along and help you accomplish the things you didn't think you'd be about to, but more importantly you have to want to do it."

Here’s this year’s Top 10 resolution:

  • Get fit
  •  Drink less alcohol
  •  Eat healthy food
  •  Get a better education
  •  Get a better job
  •  Lose weight
  •  Manage debt
  •  Manage stress
  •  Quit smoking
  •  Reduce, reuse, and recycle

So whatever personal goal, project, or the reforming habit you have decided to commit to, it’s all part of a new beginning.
