APD searches for Toot'N Totum robbery suspect

AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Monday night Amarillo Police responded to a Toon'N Totum robbery in the 4000 block of south Washington Street.

A male clerk was working at the time of the robbery and told police that a man walked into the store wearing a dark hoodie, dark jeans and had a rag over his face. The clerk told police that the man demanded the money from the cash register. The clerk then gave the robber an undisclosed amount of money.

According to a news release from APD, no weapon was seen and there were no injuries reported.
