(AP) -- Potter County released sealed indictments on John Langford Wednesday. Langford was accused of securities fraud earlier this year. The man behind Langford and Associates was indicted last week. But by law those indictments could not be made public until his arrest which happened Monday. Langford has been indicted on three more first degree felony charges, three third degree felony charges, and one to sell a security without registration.
