AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Pronews 7 has learned that John Chandler Ford has been sold to AutoInc.

Eddie Bradley, President of Amarillo-based AutoInc, said the company was "thrilled to be able to keep this leading dealership locally owned and look forward to the opportunity to make it even bigger and better than it already is." The dealership was bought from long time owner John Chandler. Plans are in the works to update the sales, service and body shop area of the dealership. Mike Case was named General Manager and will oversee all operations.

The dealership will be renamed Tri-State Ford & Amarillo Hyundai to represent the model lines represented at the dealership. Along with Ford and Hyundai, the dealership will offer a full line of pre-owned cars and trucks. The dealership will remain at its current location.
