The JetBlue pilot who disrupted a flight with vexing language has been ordered by a federal judge to stand trial

Clayton Osbon, 49, was arraigned before U.S. North Texas District Judge Mary Lou Robinson. If convicted Osbon faces a maximum prison sentence of 20 years.

No trial date has been set.

Osbon has been found competent to stand trial on charges stemming from the March 27 incident. Witnesses say during a flight from Las Vegas to New York he allegedly became agitated and began yelling about terrorists attacks and charged the cockpit door.

Several passengers detained Osbon until the Co-pilot Jason Dowd diverted the plane to Amarillo. Federal authorities arrested Osbon. None of the 141 passengers were injured.
