AMARILLO, TEXAS -- UPDATE: It turns out the girl was never actually missing. Amarillo Police tell us that she went to school for breakfast, and then left with her family. It was discovered that her siblings did not show up for class either, and the whole family was found at a clinic to receive medical care. The family is new to the country, and may not have known the proper procedure to let school officials know the girl would not be in class.
UPDATE: Pronews 7 has received a report that the child may have been picked up by her parents, but police are still trying to confirm that.
