STINNETT, TEXAS -- A 21-year-old man was killed Tuesday morning when he lost control of his vehicle on Highway 136 near Stinnett, Texas Department of Public Safety said.
According to DPS, Antonio Hernandez, 21, of Spearman was killed at the scene.
It was Tuesday morning just before 11:00 when Hernandez was driving a 1992 Toyota Camry two miles south of Stinnett when he lost control, DPS said. Hernandez, according to DPS, then overcorrected back onto and across the highway into oncoming traffic.
Hernandez's vehicle was struck by a semi.
DPS said he was wearing a seat belt.
