CANNON AFB, N.M. -- A United States Air Force Lieutenant is now listed as AWOL after not reporting for duty last Tuesday.

According to the New Mexico State police, USAF Lt. Scott W. Lee, pictured to the right, was last seen Monday, March 12 at 11 a.m. leaving his apartment in Clovis. He was scheduled to report for duty at Cannon AFB on Tuesday.

Police said his cell phone is turned off and he has not contacted any of his immediate family. Lt. Lee has no history of local friends of family in the area, police said.

The Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI) located an unused gun cleaning kit in Lt. Lee's apartment, police said. It is unknown if he has any firearms in his possession.

Lt. Lee's official status with the Air Force is listed as AWOL.

Anyone with any information is asked to call OSI agents at (575) 219-9781.
