Texas Financier R. Allen Stanford doesn't care for his neighbors and is asking for more comfortable living arrangements.
He wants to be moved from a private prison in Montgomery County. His reasoning? Because there are no air conditioners and he has to share a cell with up to ten other inmates.
Stanford faces charges of operating a seven billion dollar ponzi scheme.
Attorney's for Stanford say conditions are "intolerable" and that his cell was without power for part of last week leaving him without air conditioning.
Stanford is asking to be moved to a federal detention center in downtown Houston.
