AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Over in badger land, enrollment is up. Amarillo College officials tell ProNews 7 they have 9,552 students enrolled for Fall classes.

That's compared to 8,792 last year. The increase is 760 students, %8.6 higher.

AC counts the affordability of their campuses , coupled with a quality education , as factors that have helped attract students during an economic downturn.
