Arthur Molina hosted a flag a mast dedication for veterans

AMARILLO, TEXAS -- For Veterans Day many will raise and proudly display flags, but one Amarillo resident went even farther by hosting a flag and mast dedication on Saturday.

The mast and pole hold not just the U.S. flag, but a flag representing each branch of the military. Molina wants to create awareness that all branches should be appreciated.

"It takes every branch of the military to make this work, just like an engine that has to have all the integral parts to make it work, we have to have the Army, the Air Force, the Navy, the Marines and Coast Guard to make this work, to make this the great country that we are today," said Arthur Molina, Vietnam Veteran.

Members of the Marine Corps and Army raised the colors, and at the end of the ceremony a veteran played taps for the fallen soldiers in Fort Hood.
