AMARILLO, TEXAS -- The Together We Can Holiday Food Drive kicks off today. The food drive helps the High Plains Food Bank stock their shelves for the holiday season. The food bank says this year has been a rough one with over 8,000 families needing assistance on a monthly basis. That puts demand up 37 percent this year.

Here's how you can help out this holiday. Drop off your food and/or money donations at the drop off location, which is Market Street United at 2530 S. Georgia Street between 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.
