TUCUMCARI, NM -- A rollover accident in New Mexico claimed the life of an Illinois man.

State police say Casey Reif, 22, was fatally injured in a one vehicle rollover on I-40 near Tucumcari.

Police say Reif drove into the median, over-corrected, and rolled his car.

Reif and his 2 year-old son were transported to a Tucumcari hospital. Reif died at the scene. No information is available for his son.
