House members taking heat for health care vote

At least 10 House members have reported death threats or episodes of vandalism after voting for the health legislation on Sunday.
A Democratic congressman from Houston being one of them. Rep. Al Green told Houston police his staff received threatening phone calls after he voted for the health care legislation.
According to the Dallas Morning News Green told police the calls were fielded by an aide. The first call was received Tuesday and the caller reportedly said, "health care was his last vote," according to the aide.
Green said his staff decided to report the calls to the U.S. Capitol Police.
Green said, "Whether the person had ill will or ill intent, if things are said that may be of harm to you, you take the person seriously..But you don't let them stop you from doing what you know to be right."
Dallas Democratic Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson, also voted for the legislation says she hasn't received any threats. She did say her office fielded some "hostile" phone call, which she didn't report to police, she said the callers weren't from Texas.
