AMARILLO, TEXAS -- The man police say was behind the wheel when an Amarillo woman was hit by a car and killed at a local bar has been indicted.

Gabriel Albert Gutierrez, 27, has been indicted for murder, intoxication manslaughter, two counts of failure to stop and render aid, aggravated assault, and intoxicated assault. A Randall County Grand Jury handed down those indictments.

Back in May, Josephine Arias Johnson, was killed after police say Gutierrez ran over her and hit three other people.  The incident happened at Whiskey River and several witnesses identified Gutierrez as the driver.
