CLOVIS, N.M. -- A Clovis woman has been sentenced to the maximum penalty New Mexico allows for second degree murder.

Robbin Banister, 43, will serve 15 years in prison. Earlier this year, Banister pled guilty to stabbing Clifford Webber of Clovis in June of 2009.

Sentencing was postponed so the court could complete a diagnostic evaluation.
