OHP is reporting that the counties in the Panhandle are having travel
difficulties from Black Ice. The snow is starting to pack on the Black Ice
and will hinder travelers in the region. SLOW DOWN and BE SAFE. Counties
included are Cimarron, Texas, Beaver, Harper, Ellis and Woodward counties
and reports from the Kansas and Texas State Line report about the same.
Also all Oversized Loads that were scheduled to travel through the region
today have been cancelled by OHP.
