AMARILLO, TEXAS -- The next time you go to head to Walgreens -- you may end up leaving with more than just your prescriptions.

According to the Chicago Tribune, the drugstore chain is in the business of *making* its own alcohol.

The Tribune is reporting that the store is now selling a private-label brew called 'Big Flats 1901.'

The price is what's really impressive: about 50 cents per can!

It's currently sold in more than half of its stores across the U.S.

A Walgreens store manager in Amarillo told Pronews 7 that all locations in town are selling the beer, and they are even running a special this week -- two 6-packs for $5.

Walgreens also plans to launch a red wine called Colby Red next month.
