Four arrested in Pizza Hut burglary

AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Two men and two women were arrested early Friday morning after allegedly vandalizing a Pizza Hut at 5101 S. Western.
Amarillo Police received a call just after 2 a.m. Friday. An eye-witness reported seeing two people get out of a black Dodge Durango with Colo. license plates. The witness then heard glass shatter and saw two people running from the restaurant.
According to Amarillo Police, officers stopped a vehicle matching the description and arrested DeeQuitta DeeShyn Howard, 33, and Pamela Williams, 29, both of Amarillo. DeeShyn is charged with burglary of a building, possession of marijuana under two oz. Williams is charged with failure to identify and burglary of a building. She also had four outstanding warrants.
Officers also located a third suspect, Roderick Salavas Tollliver, 36, of Amarillo. He was arrested on a burglary charge.
Upon further investigation, officers discovered the Pizza Hut had been vandalized. Security equipment, alarm panels and cash registers were all damaged. The total amount of damage is unknown at this time, police said.
During the investigation, officers noticed a fourth suspect walking. Jerrod William Smith, 40, of Amarillo was arrested on the burglary charge and he also had five outstanding warrants.
