The man police were looking for Monday wanted out of Potter County for a sexual assault charge has now been found.
Amarillo Police say they met Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) investigators at a house on North Tennessee because there was reason to believe Buddy Ray Loden could be in that home.
Loden was wanted out of Potter County on an original charge, sexual assault on a child, stemming from March 2009.
Upon knocking at the door of the home, police say Loden tried to leave through the back door. Once he saw officers behind the home, he ran back inside. When officers made contact with the people in the home, they claimed Loden was not in the house.
Officers then entered the home and found an entry to a crawl space. Loden surrendered to police when they started to check that area.
The four people inside the home, 19, 20, 14 and 17, were arrested for hindering apprehension. Loden was booked on his outstanding warrant.
