A woman was killed after a two-vehicle collision Thursday morning.

Amarillo Police say the collision happened just after 8 a.m. at Loop 335 and FM 1061 (Tascosa Road.)

A truck-tractor was traveling north on the loop's frontage road toward the 1061 intersection when it failed to yield right of way. It struck a Grand Marquis in the front right quarter panel.

The truck-tractor was driven by Enrique Ventura-Lopez of Arizona. The Grand Marquis was driven by John Arthur Packett, 77. His passenger, Deltha Packett, 78 was pronounced dead at the scene.

All involved were wearing seatbelts.
