Pronews 7 has learned Colorado State Senator Suzanne Williams has been cited for three misdemeanor traffic violations from the December traffic crash that killed an Amarillo pregnant mother.
Texas Department of Public Safety says she was cited for:
1. Unsecured child under 17 years of age
2. Child unsecured by a safety seat system under 8 years of age
3. Driving on wrong side of road not passing
Additionally, DPS says Todd Williams as also cited for not wearing a seat belt during the crash.
