AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Tuesday, students of Carver Academy got to take a field trip without ever leaving the parking lot!

They had the chance to tour through the TAME Trailblazer trailer that visited the school. The Texas Alliance for Minorities in Engineeringtrai ler had five different stations that featured a variety of engineering and science exhibits. Students got to experience science and engineering in new, creative ways while learning hands on.

"We put in some of the green energy technology, we've also done thing surrounding wind technology, there are some exhibits, science and math oriented," said the Treasurer for TAME, Milford Burrell. "It gives the student an opportunity to hands on applications."
