AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Two people were taken into custody after a narcotic search warrant yielded methamphetamine and crack cocaine.

Amarillo Police said it executed a narcotic search warrant in the 2600block of NE 6th Ave at about 2 p.m. Wednesday afternoon. About 9.6 gross grams of methamphetamine and 1 gross gram of crack cocaine were found in the residence. Additionally, a small amount of marijuana was uncovered.

Police said the street value was $1,200.

Gregory Antwan Jefferson, 30 and Angela Renee Sanchez, 18, were both booked into the Potter Co. Detention Center on drug charges
