Most of us have worn them at some point: mood rings that change colors to fit your mood. Now, who knew that some books could do the same?
Soon, some e-books will let readers actually choose the ending to the story they're reading, based on the mood they're in when starting the book. Before beginning the story, the book will give the reader a short quiz consisting of questions dealing with numbers, colors and objects that help determine their tastes and moods.
One of these soon-to-be-released e-books is "99 Reasons Why" written by Caroline Smailes. Like others of it's kind, after readers take the short, multiple choice quiz at the beginning they'll begin the story and then finish it up with one of the eleven endings that could have been chosen based on their answers to the quiz. Of course, if you don't like that ending, you can just re-take the quiz or read through the alternate endings instead.
"99 Reasons Why" and many other e-books of it's kind will become available in March on theĀ Amazon Kindle.
