TULSA, Okla. (AP) - A Tulsa man was sentenced to 30 years in prison after he pleaded no contest charges he killed his roommate. Authorities say Michael Cypert poured vodka on Robert Nichols and then set him on fire.

VINITA, Okla. (AP) - A 73-year-old woman is facing drug charges after authorities say they seized marijuana and $277,000 in cash from her home near Vinita. She was released on $20,000 bail.

DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) - An Oklahoma company won approval to build an oil waste facility in southwest North Dakota. Location Service Incorporated will have the fourth landfill for drilling waste in the region's booming oil patch.

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - More than 30 Oklahoma National Guard soldiers are set to return to Norman today after being deployed to Afghanistan. The soldiers are with the Guard's Sustainment Training Team and spent time mentoring and providing military development for senior leaders in the Afghan National Army.
