AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Amarillo Police Department executed a narcotic search warrant Thursday in the 1800 block of Lawson Lane.

Police discovered methamphetamines in the residence, according to a news release from APD.

Kevin Todd Chatham, 39, was charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a controlled substance, penalty group I, over 400 grams. Roxanna Stark, 25, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Both Chatham and Stark were booked into Randall County Jail, police said.
