CANYON, TEXAS -- A balloon glow  is planned for Sunday evening at at 6:30 at the Mack Dick Group Pavilion in the Palo Duro Canyon.

Entrance fees into the park will be waived starting at 3 p.m. , officials said.

Instead, donations of non-perishable food items for the High Plains Food Bank will be accepted.

Cookies and hot chocolate will follow.
