Grand Jury decides not to indict Pampa officers in shooting incident

Texas Rangers have completed their investigation of the shooting that involved two Pampa police officers. The case was presented today to a Gray County Grand Jury by Texas Rangers, both officers were no-billed by the Grand Jury.
