Tim Tebow accounted for three touchdowns and top-ranked Florida ran the nation's longest current winning streak to 21 games with a 62-3 rout of Florida International. Tebow completed 17 of 25 passes for 215 yards and two touchdowns and ran seven times for 102 yards and a score.

(AP) -- The Gators improve to 11-and-0 for just the second time in school history and need two more wins to earn a shot at repeating as national champion. Florida finishes against Florida State and Alabama.

In other AP Top-25 action:

— Second-ranked Alabama breezed past Chattanooga 45-0 to get to 11-and-0 on the season. Mark Ingram ran for 102 yards and two long touchdowns in the first half. The Heisman Trophy candidate managed his sixth 100-yard effort in the last seven games despite carrying only 11 times.

— Third-ranked Texas walloped Kansas 51-20 to win the Big 12 South. Colt McCoy set an NCAA record with his 43rd career victory as a starter, passing for 396 yards. The Longhorns will meet Nebraska for the Big 12 title in two weeks.

— No. 4 TCU routed Wyoming 45-10 for its best start in 71 years. The win keeps the 11-and-0 Horned Frogs in the thick of BCS contention and clinches at least a share of the Mountain West Conference crown. TCU last went 11-0 in 1938, when it capped its season by beating Carnegie Tech in the national championship game.

— Dexter McCluster ran for 148 yards and passed for a touchdown, and Mississippi survived a last-ditch drive by 10th-ranked LSU for a 25-23 victory. The win likely gives Ole Miss second place in the SEC West with a game left to play, and an edge over LSU when bowl bids come out.

— Tenth-ranked Ohio State clinched the outright Big Ten title with a 21-10 victory against turnover-prone Michigan. Wolverines quarterback Tate Forcier threw four interceptions and fumbled in his own end zone. The 10-and-2 Buckeyes ride a five-game winning streak into their Rose Bowl appearance.

— In double overtime, 11th-ranked Oregon outlasted Arizona 44-41. The Ducks will play Oregon State on Dec. 3 for a berth in the Rose Bowl against Ohio State. Jeremiah Masoli tied it with a touchdown pass to Ed Dickson with six seconds left, then won it with a 1-yard run in the second OT.

— Daryll Clark passed for 310 yards and four touchdowns as No. 13 Penn State wrapped up its regular season with a 42-14 rout at Michigan State. Clark moved into first place in Penn State's record book with 23 TD passes in a season and 42 in a career.

— Unranked California upset 14th-ranked Stanford 34-28 to win the Big Game. Shane Vereen ran for a career-high 193 yards and three touchdowns on 42 carries as the Bears spoiled Stanford's Rose Bowl hopes.

— No. 15 Iowa kept alive its slim hopes for a BCS bowl bid with a 12-0 win over Minnesota in a game that featured more punts than points. The victory gives the 10-and-2 Hawkeyes double-digit wins for the first time since 2004.

— Ryan Williams ran for 120 yards and four touchdowns and helped make sure No. 16 Virginia Tech would send its 21 seniors out of Lane Stadium with a win one last time as the Hokies beat N.C. State 38-10.

— Mike Kafka hit Andrew Brewer with two first-half touchdown passes in Northwestern's Northwestern 33-31 upset of No. 17 Wisconsin.

— No. 18 Clemson beat Virginia 34-21 on the day it wrapped up its first trip to the Atlantic Coast Conference title game against Georgia Tech in two weeks. The Tigers won their sixth straight game.

— Max Hall threw for five touchdowns and set a BYU record with his 30th career win as the No. 19 Cougars beat Air Force 38-21 to improve to 9-and-2. Hall was 33 for 45 for 377 yards while breaking the mark he shared with 1990 Heisman Trophy winner Ty Detmer.

— Sean Canfield threw for 231 yards and two touchdowns, and No. 20 Oregon State beat Washington State 42-10 to keep its Rose Bowl hopes alive. Jacquizz Rodgers rushed for 165 yards and two TDs.

— Eddie Wide rushed for 84 yards and two touchdowns and No. 23 Utah scored all its points in the first half and coasted to a 38-7 win over San Diego State.

— Jacory (jah-KOOR'-ree) Harris threw for 348 yards and two touchdowns to lead No. 21 Miami past Duke 34-16. The 8-and-3 Hurricanes scored the final 24 points to keep hope alive for their first 10-win season since 2003.

— No. 24 Houston got back on track after last week's surprising loss to Central Florida and raced past Memphis 55-14. Case Keenum threw for 405 yards and five touchdowns.

— Greg Paulus had 142 yards passing and Syracuse earned its first Big East victory of the season with a 31-13 upset of No. 25 Rutgers.
