For the second time this season a Bushland athletic team went in search of a state championship and unfortunately for a second time they came up short.
Thursday in Austin the Bushland baseball team lost the 2A State Championship game to Rogers by a score of 6-1.
Just like the football team last December the baseball team will be bringing home the runner up trophy.
The falcons finished the season 34-6.
