AMARILLO, TEXAS -- The Amarillo Venom have announced new ownership in a local couple Stephanie and Toby Tucker.
"The Tucker family is very excited about the future of the Amarillo Venom and we are proud to be stepping into the ownership role. Indoor Professional Football in Amarillo has just begun to reach its potential and we are committed to bringing a championship calibur product and quality entertainment back to the Panhandle of Texas" said Stephanie Tucker.
According to husband Toby "she's the boss" Stephanie will be the new GM running the day to day operations. They'll also have several key pieces in play with the return of Head Coach Julian Reese who led the Venom to a 4-1 record in an interim role last season.
"Julian is the main piece to this team. I feel honored to have him on board, he is a standup guy. Amarillo and the area should be proud to have him with us" said Stephanie Tucker.
Right now the couple owns numerous busninesses and Toby Tucker is currently the Superintendent at Claude I.S.D.
