AMARILLO,TEXAS -- Cowboys broadcaster Brad Sham found time to talk football, specifically, the cowboys, once his speech at Tuesday's, boy scouts luncheon was complete. Among the topics, roster moves in the off-season. Labor talks and an uncapped year could play a big part.
