Former Amarillo High pitcher, Clayton Cook is taking part in the big league spring training. The righty gave up a scholarship to Oklahoma and signed with Cleveland. He's spent the past two seasons in the minors and is moving up the organization's ladder. Last season Cook pitched in the New York-Penn League and started in the all-star game. If all goes according to plan, he could start the season at Double-A Akron.
