ROSEMONT, Ill. (AP) - Sylvia Fowles led five players in double-figures scoring, and the Chicago Sky beat the San Antonio Silver Stars 88-61 on Wednesday to snap a two-game losing streak.

RESILIENT RANGERS
Texas has biggest division lead despite bankruptcy
ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) - The Texas Rangers are having arguably their best season ever, despite being in bankruptcy and on the auction block.
Texas begins play Thursday after the All-Star break 4½ games ahead of the Los Angeles Angels in the AL West.
Even with the off-field drama and four straight losses before the break to Baltimore, the majors' worst team, the Rangers (50-38) have the largest lead in any of baseball's six divisions.
Manager Ron Washington says he senses confidence in his team.
SECOND HALF PREVIEW
Previewing baseball's second half
UNDATED (AP) - The National League finally won an All-Star game, beating the American League 3-1 on Tuesday night to give the senior circuit homefield advantage in the World Series.
The victory officially turned the page on the first half of the season, and the second half is shaping up to be an entertaining couple of months.
There are tight division races everywhere, with the Texas Rangers' 4½-game lead on the Los Angeles Angels in the AL West the biggest cushion. The Rangers acquired Cliff Lee from Seattle as they push for their first playoff berth since 1999.
The New York Yankees will be playing with extra motivation following the death of owner George Steinbrenner, and several teams - including the Boston Red Sox and Philadelphia Phillies - will need to overcome significant injuries to stay in the race.
CAVALIERS-LOWRY
AP source: Cavs sign Lowry to offer sheet
CLEVELAND (AP) - A person familiar with the move says the Cleveland Cavaliers have signed restricted free agent guard Kyle Lowry to an offer sheet.
The Cavs have offered Lowry, a reserve for Houston, a three-year contract, said the person who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the Rockets have seven days to match Cleveland's package.
Cleveland is looking to bolster its roster after losing free agent superstar LeBron James, who was sent to Miami in a sign-and-trade deal. The Cavs also lost center Zydrunas Ilgauskas, who is following James to the Miami Heat.
A five-year veteran, Lowry is a strong defender and could back up Mo Williams at the point. He averaged 9.1 points and 4.5 assists last season.
TOUR DE FRANCE
Paulinho wins Tour 10th stage
GAP, France (AP) - Sergio Paulinho of Portugal has won the 10th stage of the Tour de France by leading a two-man sprint in the last ride through the Alps, while Andy Schleck appeared set to retain the yellow jersey.
The Team RadioShack rider edged out Vasil Kiryienka of Belarus at the end of the sun-baked 111-mile trek from Chambery to Gap that featured a single category 1 climb: the Laffrey pass.
Luxembourg's Schleck and his closest challenger - defending champion Alberto Contador of Spain - were in the pack more than 10 minutes back.
Paulinho was part of a six-man breakaway made up of riders far back in the overall standings.
Lance Armstrong finished 130th today -- nearly 16 minutes back. He's 31st after 10 stages.
