AMARILLO, TEXAS -- The Amarillo Bulls bounced back Saturday night beating the Wichita Falls Wildcats 4-3.
The Bulls (13-4-1) came from behind scoring three goals in the final period, two of the goals by Cody Freeman, and Ricky Derosa came on power plays.
"It showed a lot of character by our boys to bounce back from Friday's loss. Of course we wanted to get a sweep over the weekend, but we'll take the split. I think this win gave us great momentum heading to Frisco Wednesday," said Bulls Coach Dennis Williams.
The Bulls currently sit 4th in the South Division. They'll have a huge game Wednesday when they play the first place Texas Tornadoes, puck drops at 7pm.
