AMARILLO, TEXAS --   The Amarillo Venom of the IFL opened workouts Friday.  First year head coach Rodney Blackshear welcomed a roster of 45 players to the start of camp, 9 are returning players from last years playoff team.  The Snakes have 10 days to figure out whats going on before their first and only preseason game with Allen on February 20th.  The regular season opener is February 25th at Colorado.  The roster will be cut down to 25 players by that opener.
