AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Mixed results for Amarillo's hockey and indoor football teams Friday night. The Amarillo Venom opened the IFL season with a tough loss at Colorado. The Snakes led until late in the 4th when the host Ice rallied for the win.
Meanwhile on the ice the Amarillo Bulls were rude hosts to the Corpus Christi Icerays. The Bulls racked up 7 goals in route to their 30th win of the season. Same two teams play Saturday night at Cal Farley Coliseum.
