TOPEKA, KAN. -- The Amarillo Bulls moved a step closer to the Robertson Cup on Wednesday night thanks to a 4-3 win over Topeka in the second round of the NAHL tournament.

The victory keeps Amarillo unbeaten and assures them of no worse than a berth in Friday's semi-finals. Should the Bulls beat Fairbanks Thursday afternoon, that would put Amarillo in the championship game.

The Bulls and IceDogs meet 4 p.m. Thursday. The other game features Topeka and Michigan and since both teams yet to win, the loser will be eliminated while the winner will play in the semi-finals.
