Dallas Cowboys head to training camp

NFL teams continue to opening train camps and the Dallas Cowboys will do the honor of welcoming rookies and selected veterans to camp.

The team will practice at 8am at Valley Ranch Wednesday thru Friday to try and escape the Texas heat.

The entire team will travel to Oxnard, California on Saturday for the rest of training camp. The first practice scheduled for July 30 and running thru August 22, which includes five days in San Diego where the Pokes will play against and then practice with the Chargers before returning to Texas.

The team's first pre-season game is August 13 against Oakland.
