AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Another fantasitc Friday of high school playoff basketball Tri-State area. As a host of teams went searching for victories continuing their quest to win state championship. Among the suprises Texas 4A defending state champion Canyon Lady Eagles lose in four overtimes. The 1A Division II Paducah Dragons were also eliminated. In New Mexico the Texico girls rolled to a district championship while in Oklahoma the defending Class "B" boys state champion Forgan Bulldogs won, and will make a return to the State Tournament.
