AMARILLO, TEXAS --  The boys district 3-4A season wasn't enough to decide four playoff berths. Palo Duro and Canyon tied for the final spot since the two split their regular season games. A one game playoff to determine who would go to the playoffs and who would go to spring sports. Not only was that playoff birth decided, but the Randall battled Plainview for playoff seeding.
