The Amarillo Venom picked up a much needed win 44-28 last night on the road at West Texas. The victory snaps a two game skid, putting the Snakes right back in the hunt in the LSFL standings. Both sides of the ball shined. On offense new Quarterback Nate Davis threw for 6 touchdowns, while on defense stepped up huge picking off 9 Roughneck passes. The Venom will enjoy a bye week on May 19th, but will be back in action at home May 26th when they host the Rio Grande Valley Magic.
